Constitutional issues

There are a number of constitutional issues currently ongoing, we may need to consider an amendment or two to clarify or rectify various constitutional concerns.

Among top concerns are the issues with the 9th and 10th amendment intentionally vague applicability to modern day scenarios designed to protect rights that where not known to be needed specifically at the time. For example the use of the internet i’m sure would have been a sight among the founding fathers that they could not have for seen but chose to take into account the necessity of.

As a result a number of other things should be acknowledged as inherent rights that could be expanded upon including bringing into statute or amendment case law acknowledgements or other rights of criminal procedure.
